BIJI is the atomic fusion between the minds of Robin Nazari (artist and actor) and Maceo Frost (director and producer) fueled by the Kurdish culture that has long yearned for recognition and the freedom of self-expression. Born into a Kurdish family of musicians and poets, Nazari made his acting debut in the hit Netflix crime series “Snabba Cash”, was recently featured in their 2023 drama “Clark,” and recently starred in the Netflix movie “The Beautiful Game” (also starring British legend Bill Nighy and Michael Ward of Top Boy). Frost is a Swedish-based award-winning film director and music producer born into a family of mavericks – hip hop, skateboard, and street dance pioneers which is embedded into his DNA. In 2018, he received a Gold Clio Award for a documentary about Burna Boy, and his feature film collaboration with Adidas for the Cuban boxing documentary “TOO BEAUTIFUL” was world premiered by HBO.
