Role
Lead visual research and treatment design for global directors and brands. Translate briefs into clear, cinematic visual concepts that strengthen pitch impact. Build persuasive treatments aligned with the director’s vision and BWGTBLD’s high creative standards. Guide the workflow from brief through delivery in close collaboration with the responsible EP and wider team. Brief and oversee external support where required, ensuring consistent quality across craft and execution.
Skills
• Exceptional visual research ability.
• Strong understanding of film, photography, advertising, and culture.
• Advanced design sensibility and layout discipline.
• Independent, accountable, deadline-driven.
• Continuous awareness of film craft, advertising, and visual culture.
• Confident in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Fluent English.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
