Senior Producer (f/m/d) Full-time · Berlin
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer to independently lead our commercial film productions, from the initial request through pitch and pre-production to the shoot and final project wrap.
You’ll be the key point of contact between directors, production, agencies, clients and partners, always balancing creative quality, timing and budget.
ROLE
• Take full responsibility for complex, high-profile productions, from the initial request through pitch, budgeting and pre-production to the shoot, post-production handover and final project wrap
• Assess incoming requests in terms of feasibility, budget and timing
• Build robust budgets and confidently manage financial performance and costs throughout the production
• Define and drive the right project strategy together with EP and director
• Navigate and balance creative ambition, client expectations and production feasibility
• Communicate confidently with directors, agencies and clients
• Lead and coordinate project teams, crews and international production partners
• Anticipate risks early and make clear, pragmatic decisions independently
• Own your projects end to end: creatively, operationally and commercially
SKILLS
• 5+ years of experience as a Producer / Senior Producer, ideally within commercial film production
• A strong understanding of how creative vision, production feasibility and commercial requirements come together
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills across different project teams and partners
• A highly independent, structured and proactive way of working
• High standards for quality and a strong feel for people and production dynamics
• Confident decision-making, even under time pressure
• Fluent German and English
