Giada Bossi directs Allianz’s “The Real Games” campaign, produced by BWGTBLD, showcasing a profound look into the lives of five Olympic athletes as they prepare for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024.
“The Real Games” dives deep into the lives, routines, and mindsets of everyday heroes. These films capture the raw, unfiltered experiences of real individuals, not actors, showing their resilience, dedication, and strength alongside their human imperfections. Set to the European Anthem, Ode to Joy, the campaign highlights the power of humble and authentic witnesses of “normal” yet unique lives.
Shot across Europe, the films follow the athletes during their daily routines, exploring themes of waiting, looking forward, determination, humanity, and breaking boundaries, especially for Paralympic athletes. Bossi’s direction explores “readiness” and “anticipation” in diverse ways according to each talent.
